The “Southland Tales” Movie from “Donnie Darko” Director Richard Kelly Looks Awesome!

I loved “Donnie Darko” and it is still one of my all time favorite films. I am so excited to see Richard Kelly’s follow up to his mind bending classic “Darko”. This trailer looks just as subversive, bizarre and uber cool as “Donnie Darko” did.

This cast just wreaks of talent and the addition of movie geek/director Kevin Smith is just plain inspired. Justin Timberlake might have a film career after all if this movie is any indication. Watch the surreal movie trailer below”

    so … i’m not sure that I was able to follow the trailer at all. But i LOVE it anyway and can’t wait. Yay for Dwayne Johnson (the rock) finally getting a decent role. He’s starred in some of the crapiest kid movies in the past 5 years.
