The “Inkheart” Movie Trailer Looks Good, But The Title Sucks!
“Inkheart” is a young adult-child fantasy novel turned film written by Cornelia Funke, and the first story of the Inkworld trilogy. The big screen adaptation of “Inkheart” follows the story of Maggie and her father Mo (Brendan Fraser) who has a wonderful and sometimes terrible ability. When he reads aloud from books, he literally brings the characters to life.
“Inkheart” follows in the foot steps of other “Lord of the Rings” knock-offs like “Narnia”, “The Golden Compass”, “Harry Potter” and “The Spiderwick Chronicles”. This huge surge in epic fantasy films has been very profitable for the studios and for good reason, they have made millions of dollars. If “Inkheart” does well we can bet that there will be a lot more fantasy book adaptations to come in the near future. As a huge fan of the genre, I say bring it on!

the name inkheart does not suck, it suites it perfect. And the girls name is Meggie not Maggie.
