The “Acceptable In The 80’s” Music Video by Calvin Harris

Here is yet another example of a pop song big in the U.K. right now, but won’t have a chance here in the states because of the sugary sweet pop sound. This song is cheesy, corny and lets face it kind of gay…like the 1980’s and Euro-pop! This is of course a gimmick song, but it has a fun dance hook and vocals that sound like The Scissor Sisters meets Erasure. This video is pretty funny, I am curious to see what the rest of this bands music sounds like.

    OMG I’m having flashbacks to my youth! Yes, I was once of those girls running around in lime green tights under a purple skirt and a bright pink sweater hanging off my shoulders. LOL
