New Gnarls Barkley Video

This version of The Violent Femmes song “Gone Daddy Gone” will go down as one of the best re-makes ever made. Instead of a pumped up generic version of the original, Gnarls Barkley chose to stick to the basics. This approach gives a fresh spin to a classic song. The differences between this re-make and the original are subtle to hear.

Leave it to these guys to put together an amusing and fun video like this one. Gnarls Barkley has to be one of the most creative and innovative bands in the world (Gorillaz & The Flaming Lips also come to mind). I have tickets to see Gnarls Barkley and The Flaming Lips on New Years Eve, this video has me super excited for this concert.
