“I Want Candy” Music Video w/ Melanie C

by Keith

Mel C, Melanie C or Sporty Spice…whatever you call her she has kept a career long after the Spice Girl’s broke up. Only Emma and Gerri Haliwell have been able to churn out hits in Europe, but not as many or not as big as Melanie C has had. Her last two albums were a big success. “I Turn To You” has become a dance club classic and can be heard on the local dance channel here in the bay area a lot. This re-make of Bow Wow Wow’s 80’s classic doesn’t have a chance here in the states but it is already huge in the U.K. and Europe. I love the look and copy cat nature of this song, it is an instant gay camp gem. I mean did this song really need a re-make? No, but it sure is fun.

This is such a crap version of the song, she should have left it well alone.

Why do all the former Spice Girls try and carry on a career anyway? If I was them, I’d retire to the country and enjoy my (not very) hard earned millions!
